Recipe:1 1/2 cups nuts (soaked 6-12 hours)3 1/2 cups water2 dates (soft and pitted)1/2 teaspoon cardamom seeds (freshly ground)pinch of saltBlend like mad (I have a blendtech which is very dear to my heart) and squeeze through a nut milk bag (or painter's straining bag). Voila! You can use the left-over pulp to make all sorts of goodies.
